- Class starts with unboxing your tasting kit (see Comes with the class, below) as Tabatha explains why she first became passionate about sourcing the world’s best olive oils and balsamic vinegars.
- You’ll taste two varieties of single-origin, extra-virgin olive oil harvested from producers around the world, with flavors ranging from intense and robust to mild and buttery.
- Complement the olive oil by sampling 18- and 25-year aged balsamic vinegars and learning to detect the unique flavor nuances of each.
- Wrap up the class with Tabatha’s cooking tips as you make a custom vinaigrette with your favorite oil and vinegar from the kit.
